Low R/FR Ratio Affects Pakchoi’s Growth and Nitrate Content under Excess Nitrate Stress

چکیده
Nitrate accumulation is one of the main factors secondary soil salinization in protected horticulture China. Previous studies have shown that a low red(R)/far-red (FR) ratio can improve salt tolerance plants under NaCl stress. However, effect R/FR on plant growth nitrate stress not clear. In order to explore adaptability pakchoi high nitrogen stress, index, soluble protein content, sugar reductase activity and Nia2 gene expression pakchoi’s leaves were measured. The results showed level (the addition 80 mmol · L?1 NO3? (N80) 160 (N160)) inhibited promoted osmoregulation substances respectively. reduction (L80) increased fresh weight it by 19.0%, reduced content 22.7%, NR 29.9%, made more significant, compared with N80. There was similar mitigation excessive Therefore, effectively control Thus, there practical application prospect for production nitrogen.

Knock-Down of a Tonoplast Localized Low-Affinity Nitrate Transporter OsNPF7.2 Affects Rice Growth under High Nitrate Supply
The large nitrate transporter 1/peptide transporter family (NPF) has been shown to transport diverse substrates, including nitrate, amino acids, peptides, phytohormones, and glucosinolates. However, the rice (Oryza sativa) root-specific family member OsNPF7.2 has not been functionally characterized. Here, our data show that OsNPF7.2 is a tonoplast localized low-affinity nitrate transporter, tha...
متن کاملAmmonium to Nitrate Ratio Affects Protocorm Like Bodies PLB Formation In vitro of Hybrid Cymbidium
Carbon and nitrogen are the two elements that most affect plant organogenesis. In vitro, usually as part of the macronutrients. Some anecdotal evidence from the literature suggests that the ammonium (NH4+) to nitrate (NO3–) ratio may affect orchid organogenesis. In this study, to test this hypothesis, different NH4+: NO3– ratios were tested on the development of protocorm-like bodies (PLBs) of ...
متن کاملIntegrated Control of Nitrate Uptake by Crop Growth Rate and Soil Nitrate Availability under Field Conditions
0305-7364/0 * For corre bcgn.grignon. There is still disagreement about whether crop growth rate or soil nitrate concentration control nitrogen absorption by crops under ®eld conditions. The in ̄uence of these factors on the control of N uptake rate was examined in the absence of water stress, using data on dry matter production, above-ground nitrogen accumulation and soil nitrate concentration ...
متن کاملIntervarietal Differences in Nitrogen Content and Nitrate Assimilation in Wheat (triticum Aestivum L.) under Salt Stress
Effect of five NaCl salinity treatments (0, 50, 100, 200 and 300 mM) given at different growth and developmental stages on total N level and in vitro nitrate reductase activity (NRA) in leaves and roots of two wheat cultivars viz., Ghods and Boolani was studied in greenhouse conditions. In response to salinity treatments, total N concentrations and NO3 assimilation rates in Ghods, a saltsensiti...
متن کاملThe Arabidopsis ATNRT2.7 nitrate transporter controls nitrate content in seeds.
In higher plants, nitrate is taken up by root cells where Arabidopsis thaliana NITRATE TRANSPORTER2.1 (ATNRT2.1) chiefly acts as the high-affinity nitrate uptake system. Nitrate taken up by the roots can then be translocated from the root to the leaves and the seeds. In this work, the function of the ATNRT2.7 gene, one of the seven members of the NRT2 family in Arabidopsis, was investigated. Hi...
